Overview:
We are seeking for passionate dedicated teachers to join our 4 STAR accredited school, recognized by the Texas Rising Star Association. Come earn your CDA FREE & learn in a comprehensive preschool teacher training program that combines research-based coaching, ongoing professional development, child progress monitoring, classroom materials, and a full set of CIRCLE Pre-K curriculum. The goal of our school is to help children become better prepared for kindergarten by learning through developmentally appropriate practices.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment
- Utilize effective classroom and behavior management techniques
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
- Incorporate physical education and interactive activities into lesson plans
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or tutoring
- Proficiency in childhood development principles
- Strong understanding of classroom management strategies
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
