Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Center Director to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, dedication to child development, and strong leadership. Responsibilities include staff management, family relations, financial operations, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staffing, supervision, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with Child Care Licensing, Texas Rising Star, and Child & Adult Care Food Program standards and record-keeping.
Conduct tours for prospective families and handle inquiries.
Lead regular staff meetings and encourage collaboration.
Manage billing, tuition collection, and financial records.
Supervise classroom programs and evaluate effectiveness.
Maintain enrollment and children's records in compliance with regulations.
Train and supervise staff, ensuring training requirements are met.
Maintain facility cleanliness and monitor safety.
Requirements:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with business procedures and record-keeping.
First Aid and Infant CPR certifications (within 90 days).
Ability to work well under pressure and handle crises effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
