The ideal candidate must meet these minimum requirements:
Minimum 4 YEARS working in an office environment, customer service, data entry position, office management, Admin assistant. The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish which is reading, proper conversational and grammatic abilities in both languages.
High School Diploma, GED A MUST college hours or a degree is a Plus!
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to change
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proficient in Windows programs
Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
