Compensation: $12 - $14 per/hr., starting pay based on experience

Grocery stocker Job Summary::
Stocker responsibilities include receiving and packing products to stock shelves, ensuring that prices are marked on each item, and arranging attractive displays of merchandise based on current sales promotions. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd like to meet with you.
About STMA’s position:
40 Hours a week, Plus Overtime available
No overnight work
Day shift: Monday – Saturday (Sundays off)
Store hours: 9:00 am to 5:15 pm (Start time as per supervisor’s request)
Saturday’s store hours: 9:00 am to 2:15 pm
Pay period is every 15 days. (not two weeks)

One hour lunch breaks and periodical breaks

Stocker Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse operations
Must be able to work independently while being supervised
You must be willing to work and come to work on your scheduled work days
Be on time
Need to be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
Able to lift up to 50+ lbs
Need to operate, or willing & able to learn to operate a pallet jack
Self motivated, keeping your aisle stocked, clean and products rotated
Be a good team member, help other team member as needed
Come in early if requested
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
Reading and written comprehension
Proof of Right to Work in the United States
Puller Qualifications (including stocker Qualifications) :
Must be able to work independently while being supervised
Accurately select customer orders paying close attention to product numbers and details
Check orders to ensure correct items selected
Relocate orders to boxes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effective decision-making skills
Selects merchandise from sales floor to complete customer online orders
Sorts / unloads selected merchandise into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage holding areas
Uses a digital tool to select items necessary to complete online orders, to pack and put away orders in staging area, and to retrieve orders for customers
Communicates continuously with department supervisor and stockers to locate product
Careful handling of product
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); achieves productivity standards
Performs duties
Maintains standards for safety and sanitation
Able to lift up to 50+ lbs
Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working on Saturdays is required by the job during the assigned work hours.
