Sunshine Tienda is seeking Full and Part-Time Customer Service Experience Associates who will embody our brand's ethos of global inspiration and exceptional service. Position Overview:
To ensure success as our Customer Service Experience Associate, you should have a heart for helping others and taking pride in every customer interaction whether it's in person, via email, or through the phone. We want to ensure each customer leaves feeling supported and heard. We're one big loving family here at Sunshine Tienda and truly embody what it means to be a team player and hope you do too!
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to incoming voicemails, emails and phone calls along with any necessary follow-ups or check-ins
-Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, and customer service policies
-Open and process all incoming UPS and USPS return and exchange packages
-Fulfilling customer replacement and exchange orders
-Assist in special tasks and projects: data entry, coordinating donations, etc
-Assist with Philanthropy or pop-up events from time to time
-Work in person at our office

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly
-Teamwork
-Familiarity and experience with e-commerce and CRM platforms preferred but not required such as: Shopify, Zendesk, Return Prime
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or if no degree, relevant customer service experience
Monday-Friday are required for full time at 40 hours a week. 2-3 days with 25-30 hours per week if needed for part-time. Our office is located in New Braunfels, TX and looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full or Part-time. No relocation assistant provided.
