Dispatcher

San Antonio Staffing is currently hiring a Dispatcher

```Duties```

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products or services

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns

- Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs

```Experience```

- Previous experience in a dispatcher role preferred

- Familiarity with phone systems and handling high call volumes

- Knowledge of dispatching, supply chain, and fleet management concepts

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
