Client Support Specialist

L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join a dynamic Client Service Department. Duties are delivering superior support to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience with products and services. The schedule is Monday - Friday and applicants must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Compensation starts at $18.50 hourly.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, professional, and courteous support to clients via inbound and outbound phone calls.

- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and ensuring our service and product platforms- meet their requirements.

- Diagnose and efficiently resolve client issues, minimizing downtime and disruption to their operations.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services to effectively assist clients, provide guidance, and troubleshoot issues.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the Salesforce CRM system.

- Educate clients on product features, best practices, and available resources to empower them to use our products effectively.

- Gather client feedback and advocate for necessary improvements or enhancements to meet client needs.

- Adhere to assigned training and certification timelines to meet expected standards and requirements.

- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- 2-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred, with experience in a contact center environment being advantageous.

- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

- Must be able to type 40 WPM.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
