Call Center agents to schedule patient appointments with Audiologists. A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales-related or inbound/outbound call center is required. We're looking for customer service oriented, friendly people with good communication skills. Basic PC experience is required. Dependability and commitment are required, and good attendance is a MUST. The Call Center is located in NC SA, near the Airport.
Monday - Friday, no weekends. Available shift: 8AM-8PM. 8 hour shifts. 2 week training is 8am-5pm/M-F. Starting pay is $16/hour with monthly performance-based increases up to $18/hour. Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check. Please submit resume for immediate consideration.
