Accounting Assistant immediate hire
Requirements:
-Some accounting experience required (basic knowledge of accounting)
-Knowledge or Microsoft Suite (outlook, excel & word) and Quickbooks preferred but not required
-Answer phones, direct phones, take messages
-Assist with filing, entering invoices
-Able to inventory office supplies and track other items to be ordered
-Scan, save and email documents
-Develop and maintain files
-Perform related office duties as assigned
-Drug screen and back ground check required
-Able to work Monday - Thursday (10 hour day)
-Some training provided
