Construction company looking for an individual with the below Project Management qualifications:
1. At least 10 years Construction experience in both residential and commercial
2. Must be proficient in all construction project management programs, excel, word, microsoft office
3. Must know construction scheduling and the submittal process
4. Must know about RFI's and change orders
5. Must know how to prepare AIA contracts and have knowledge of all AIA documents
6. Must be knowledgeable in the City of San Antonio permiting process
7. Must know how to apply and coordinate with SAWS and CPS on service for new projects.
