Law Firm is seeking a full-time accounting/billing clerk. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years previous general accounting experience. Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail/accuracy and dependable attendance. Also requires strict confidentiality and ability to work well with others.
Duties include client billing, handling daily remote deposits, accounts payable, opening new files in billing system, checking conflicts, entering costs into system, filing and other duties as assigned.
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. $20/hour to start. Located NW SA. Direct Hire / Great benefits.
