Looking for someone to help with on-site management of a self-storage facility in downtown San Angelo, TX. Requirements would likely be just for a few hours a week (and perhaps no hours on certain weeks), so perfect for someone looking to make some extra money as needed.
Job duties include:
- Check on vacant storage units
- Clean (sweep) vacant units and place owner locks as needed
- Maintenance items (paint, replace wooden trim around doors, repair doors, etc.)
- Emergency contact for any unexpected issues
Ideally looking for someone with some security, property management or handyman experience. Perfect for someone looking for some extra cash and not a full-time job.
Pay is $35/hour
