Salinas Construction Technologies LTD. is looking to hire Road Construction Foremen. Previous experience working on public (TxDOT, County, Municipal) civil construction projects is required. Must be able to do lay-outs and shoot grade. Ability to operate Motor-Grader, Chip-Spreader, Distributor, Excavator and other various heavy equipment is preferred.
