We are currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Tech to cover 120 units. Maintenance team performance expected would be minor carpentry, plumbing, grounds upkeep, electrical repairs, painting, heating and air conditioning, seasonal pool upkeep and alternating emergency call outs with maintenance staff.
