Position: Customer Service Representative - Independent Contractor (1099)

Pixiie, a thriving remote customer service solutions provider, is expanding its team! We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives. Work from the comfort of your home, set your own hours, and enjoy the freedom that comes with a 1099 position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for Fortune 500 clients.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Work independently as an Independent Contractor (1099) with the flexibility to set your own working hours.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Successful completion of a 7-year background check (Applicants are responsible for a $30 background check fee).
- Ownership of a computer device and headset compatible with the Arise platform.
- Quiet workspace at home.
- Access to high-speed internet and a modem.
- Ability to complete registration within 48 hours of applying and select a client within 7 business days.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $10 to $22.
- Bi-weekly pay
