The space is monitored by a discharge specialist RN and a patient care tech. There are several amenities in the lounge during the patients stay. The purpose of the Discharge Hospitality Suite (DHS) is to improve the throughput process by continuously moving our admitted patients in the ED and PACU. The RN in this lounge will be responsible for these patients during their stay and will be providing detailed discharge instructions prior to the patient leaving.Emergency DepartmentOur Emergency Department unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Grad of an Accredited Program
Specialized field of study should be nursing.
A current and valid nursing license.
Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
