Job DescriptionDell is supporting a large customer in the aerospace industry by managing their end-user environment, including mobile device support. This customer has a site in Wichita, Kansas, where many employees sit and need support for any issues that may occur with their mobile devices. Must be local to Wichita, KS

3 years of technical support experience installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and printers

Ability to manage devices in Intune, Active Directory and SCCM

2 years of experience troubleshooting and configure both iOS and Android mobile devices

Knowledge of 5G and WiFi IT networking

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Ability to pass a background check

Excellent customer service skills - Familiarity with the process to set up a user's mobile device.

Both MAC & Linux OS knowledge

Knowledge of using Citrix on a mobile device

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc. null
