- Assist demand planning process for assigned accounts / strategic customers
- Communicate with supply chain management (SCM), sales teams and customers.
- Work with inventory and logistics teams to support US-based strategic accounts
- Assist creating demand forecasts and provide analysis as needed. Work with headquarter supply chain teams to secure supply and position it when/where the customer needs it
- Monitor global supply and inventory levels for assigned customers
- Manage weekly sales update reporting for assigned segments and customers; communicate variances and trends as required, and provide revenue projections
- Engage in presentations to and meetings with company executives
- Support sales and marketing teams with direct communications to customers
- BS/BA Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience
- 5 years of directly applicable experience in demand planning/customer service/business management in a technology field
- 3 years of directly applicable experience in demand planning/customer service/business with a Master's degree
- Must have an in-depth understanding of global logistics process
- Strong working proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
