A leading software and services provider to communications and media companies across the globe is looking to add a Java Developer to their growing technical team in Richardson, Texas. The new Developer will be involved in the development and architecture, migrating web applications, troubleshooting production and testing issues for resolution on Web and Middleware applications, and performing root cause analysis for production incidents. The ideal person for this role will have experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, and either React or NodeJS. Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST
- Experience in Agile and/or SAFE development methodologies
- Knowledge in React or NodeJS
- Prior experience in Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, Cassandra, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in CI/CD
- Experience in Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of development practices such as TDD/BDD
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
