Job Summary:
The primary job responsibility of the Senior Estimator is to act as preconstruction lead on any project in their assigned division at any stage of design, perform all tasks necessary to develop a complete & accurate estimate and present the estimate to the Client with little or no oversight from the Director of Preconstruction Services. The Senior Estimator should demonstrate the ability to work on and/or lead multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and have the ability to develop conceptual estimates.
