Salesforce Developer

Description We are on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our manufacturing team in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you'll be utilizing your expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration to create valuable features and maintain service availability.Responsibilities: Utilize your knowledge of APEX object-oriented implementing and developing to optimize our Salesforce operations. Develop solutions independently, making critical decisions to deliver tested code. Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure optimal Salesforce operations. Leverage your understanding of standard Salesforce objects data model to enhance our processes. Integrate Salesforce.com with other applications using data tools like Data Loader, Excel Connector, and Demand Tools. Use your experience with SOQL, REST APIs, and Bulk APIs to improve our Salesforce functionality. Adhere to Salesforce best practices to maintain the integrity of our Salesforce system. Provide process and technical mentoring to team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Use Agile (Scrum) methodologies to streamline our development processes. Perform support and development activities for assigned applications/projects. Requirements Proficient in Salesforce Development with a strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations Extensive experience in Salesforce Configuration, including the design of custom objects and custom fields Proven ability in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management Proficiency in Apex programming, with the ability to write and debug complex Apex code Knowledge of Indexing principles, with the ability to optimize the performance of Salesforce applications Experience in API Development, with the ability to create and manage custom APIs in Salesforce.
