Excellent attention to detail is required to manage the employees starting, dropping, getting confirmed as it changes daily up to the onboarding class. Excellent technical skills to navigate word, excel & zoom. Superior documentation skills. Creative and engaging, this person will be the leading the effort to leave the best first impression for a new hire's first day. Should be compliance-minded to oversee completion of all onboarding activities and documentation. Will also have some light HR responsibilities as time allows. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 recruiting experience.
