Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join the Finance team in Richardson, TX.The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of estimates (labor, material, Other Direct Costs (ODC)) and cost/price proposals for new business activities. This assignment supports Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) division teams and a variety of internal and external customers.Position Responsibilities:

Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program

Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices

Evaluates requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals

Develops estimating and pricing methods

Evaluates and develops business cases

Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)

Develops and maintains pricing models

Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals

Performs activities in compliance with policies and procedures, including both internal controls as well as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

This position is on site. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite full time in Richardson, TX.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher

3+ years of experience in a business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Current Top Secret Security clearance

Experience in a discipline that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity

Interest in solving government resource allocation problems

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work products at the same time

Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
