Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry based in Richardson, Texas. The role is for an Executive Assistant, where you will be supporting our C-suite team. The position involves administrative tasks, event coordination, managing schedules, and handling travel arrangements. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the CFO, CHRO, and CLO, including but not limited to scheduling, logistics, and materials creation/distribution Assist with organizing and coordinating both in-person and virtual events such as team-building activities, staff meetings, and business engagements Manage high-volume calendars, anticipate conflicts, and coordinate rescheduling Handle complex international and domestic travel arrangements for multiple people or groups Complete and reconcile expense reports for multiple people or groups Maintain executive office environment including supply stock, conference rooms, storage areas, and break areas Create, review, and refine documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Manage digital and physical records, files, and filing systems Perform other administrative duties as assigned Utilize skills in Concur, Expense Reports, Book Travel Arrangements, Coordinate Meetings, Calendar Management, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Must have experience working for a publicly traded company
Proficient in using Concur for travel and expense management
Skilled in preparing and managing expense reports
Ability to effectively book travel arrangements for executives
Experience in coordinating and scheduling meetings
Proficient in calendar management, ensuring smooth scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations
Expertise in Microsoft Word for drafting documents and correspondence
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of management.
