At least three years of experience in on-site property management and one year of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
