  • 3 to 4+ years of experience in SAFe Agile Coach
  • 2+ years of experience in the Banking and financial domain
  • 4-5 years with analytical and research skills necessary to compile and analyze relevant data and present performance or capacity impact of business requirements.
  • Represents team in major collaborative efforts and on key IT and Company objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of the SDLC process and familiarity with the various testing methodologies (eg: SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, BDD, and Squad Models).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must adhere to corporate/team etiquette.
  • Extraordinary ability to communicate the value of SAFe Agility at all levels of the organization (executives, managers, and individual contributors)
  • Co-create, design, and support full Agile transformation roll-out.
  • Provide SAFe / Agile Leadership coaching and training to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, functional managers, and executives.
  • Conceive and articulate a pragmatic transformation approach that recognizes and effectively addresses differing organizational maturity levels in the Agile transformation process.
  • Collaborate directly with teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.
  • Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of SAFe, and Scrum in daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting WIP, etc.
  • Expose teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, Scrum, and other agile thinking.
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of business operations including planning, budgeting, people management
  • Help others understand the team of team principles through an understanding of Program Management including metrics, intake, prioritization, allocation
  • Coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics
  • Experience in defining and leading enterprise agile transformation approach and implementation
  • As well as enable teams to implement Agile metrics that improve visibility and enable success without subverting positive changes to the organization's culture.
