One of our clients, a leading provider of specialty insurance products in the U.S. is transforming its underwriting process. NTT DATA is partnering with the client to digitize their underwriting process based on no-code platform Unqork. NTT DATA will work in an agile manner to understand the manual process and implement a solution that will help streamline the process, improve productivity, and decrease errors.Position's General Duties and TasksAs an Unqork Technical Lead, you will lead and work on a team providing low-code and no-code platform implementation and support services to clients. You will:- Understand the business requirements/technical specifications, design application, perform technical development and/or configuration, design test cases and perform testing.
- Work in a team to manage and lead application design, development, enhancements, break-fixes, standard application changes, and maintenance activities
- Support overall delivery including status reporting, dependency management, and risk/issue identification and mitigation.
- Develop and/or configure solutions following established timelines, application development standards, and quality processes in projects
- Interact with onsite clients, coordinator/scrum master, onsite and offshore development and QA teams, support teams, and other cross-functional teams
- Receive OutSystems/Unqork certification upon joining NTT DATA
- 8+ years of total experience with at least 4 years of experience as a technical lead on enterprise-level projects
- 6+ years of programming experience in .NET, Javascript, MongoDB, Angular or React, Node.js
- 1+ year experience in application configuration experience
- Experience delivering 2 or more projects in Agile environment
- 4+ years of DevOps experience on 3 or more projects
- Must be willing to travel 50% once it's safe to travel
- Experience in onshore/nearshore/offshore model
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly
- Unqork certification (minimum Associate Configurator) or other Low/No-code platforms (Quickbase, OutSystems)
- Working experience in the insurance industry
- Working in services/consulting industry
- Professional Configurator Unqork Certification
