Medallia Configuration Analyst II (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join our remote team and support our customer, the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Configuration Analyst, they will support the configuration of the Medallia platform and help ensure quality and consistency of delivery. Additionally, they may support quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to help validate that each program has achieved its design specifications. This project supports the development of a department-wide enterprise measurement strategy and the underlying functions to implement it, including capability lifecycle management, configuration, enhancement, data management, and O&M.The candidate must reside within the continental US.Responsibilities:

Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand programmatic goals and technical requirements.

Assist in configuring and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients' feedback collection strategies and objectives.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.

Analyze customer feedback data gathered through Medallia's platform, including survey responses and open-text feedback, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for clients.

Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards using Medallia's reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectively present data-driven insights.

Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer feedback data, identifying and resolving any data-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management and feedback analysis.

Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on data analysis best practices and platform functionalities.

Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and knowledge that enhance the organization's overall capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or a related field.

Must be proficient with configuring Medallia's suite of products and be able to collaborate with other team members to configure interdependent technical capabilities.

6 – 12 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of Medallia configuration experience.

Experience connecting the Medallia platform with third-party solutions, such as Salesforce.

Must be a US Citizen with the ability and willingness to acquire a Tier 2 Public Trust clearance with the VA.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications:

2+ years of prior consulting experience.

1+ years working in, or with, the Federal Government, ideally with the VA.

1+ years of prior experience in healthcare.

Master's degree.

Experience and aptitude for managing, working and communication with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.
