Your CareerIn this role, you will manage a team of Professional Services Consultants in your assigned territory supporting our Cortex portfolio of security applications. You will be responsible to drive professional services business, provide management oversight to your team and all ongoing engagements, including recruiting, managing, directing and inspiring a team with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds  You will ensure the delivery of Palo Alto Networks solutions, exceeding expectations and driving high levels of customer engagement. You will also work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships with all customers in your territory and ensure customer success and reference-ability. This position is remote work based in the United States.Your ImpactProvide strategic direction and input to the technical development of Professional Services Consultants reporting to youThis position requires a background in security engineering, security operations & automation, and people managementManage the activities of the team such as hiring, development, promotions, career growth, technical training, and corrective actionsBuild relationships with customers who have long term engagements to ensure that the timelines are being met, feedback on how the consultants are performing, escalations, etc.Ensure customer requirements are metDrive new business by utilizing Professional Services capabilities and offeringsEnsure all customer engagements are successfulProvide status to the Services leadership team on all major activities, issues, escalations, etc.Participate in the development and execution of strategic direction and input to the technical development of the Professional Services ConsultantsTravel may be required (subject to public travel restrictions)
