Position Summary: Reports to the Food Service Supervisor. Responsible for the preparation fo facility meals based on pre-planned menus in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and United States Marshals Services (USMS) directives.Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Food service training, and one (1) year of food service or related experience and prior supervisory experience are preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age.
