Location: Plano, TX Description: Our client is currently seeking a Security Engineer
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain breach simulation platform infrastructure, Develop and maintain custom simulations and scenarios
- Support Blue team in their effort to check detection efficacy
- Support Red team in their effort to test at scale
- Integrate breach simulation platform with multiple IT systems to provide automated way to assess the controls
- Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in writing and network diagrams/illustrations
- Ensure breach detection capabilities are operational and developed to anticipate infrastructure growth.
- 6+ yrs. or more years of experience in the design and implementation of Security products. (AV, SIEM, EDR, Malware protection, Endpoint defense, network defense etc.,)
- 1+ yrs. or more years of experience in the design and implementation of breach simulation platform
- Great understanding of SIEM concepts including custom applications and integrations
- Proven knowledge of Python
- Background in security infrastructure testing
- Proficient in cloud infrastructure concepts
- Expert knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL) and Windows OS
