As a Xceptor Automation Analyst, this position is responsible for supporting the management and execution of automation initiatives, reporting analysis, and programming of various automation tools within Home Lending. You are expected to support process automation efforts to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Coordinate with other lines of business to identify and implement new automated processes. You will be part of a team that develops and communicates solutions for lines of business by effectively gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of actions, and leveraging automation tools and/or process improvements.Participate in project activities including prioritizing, developing schedules, determining resources, preparing plans, process and procedure documentation, and effectively resolving issues as they arise. Identify and manage dependencies and critical path issues by tracking milestones and deliverables as it relates to the automation effort. Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through status updates, project plans, agendas, minutes, issue / risk tracking, etc.Core Competencies:

Able to lead projects and drive execution of process automation. Able to work with key partners to fully execute
Able to communicate effectively to an audience at all levels of management
Create executive level presentations and status updates provided to clients and stakeholders
Capability to review and translate functional specifications to validate and ensure business requirements are met
Understands end to end business processes to fully provide vision needed for the department to perform tasks
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with various lines of business within Home Lending on use cases for automating current manual processes to improve operational systems, business performance processes & policies in support of firm wide strategic initiatives
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, systems, and user needs
Participate in strategic and operational planning sessions, process reviews with lines of business
Recommend action steps for enhancing processes to improve the customer experience, efficiency and control environment
Aid in creating an "audit ready" environment by strengthening key controls and ensuring all necessary reporting has been developed as applicable
Researches and evaluates high priority or complex problems through communication and negotiation with other internal departments, provides recommendations for resolution
Knowledge of process automation software (eg Xceptor). Enhanced knowledge in configuration using Xceptor - Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience
5 years of related experience in Home Lending; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
4+ years of experience planning, executing, and delivering products or solutions that require collaboration between multiple people, teams, or individual processes
Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence to drive change, prior experience in taking products from concept to realization
Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation/demoing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels (senior executives to process SMEs) and partner with technical teams outside the team
Working knowledge of Home Lending systems with programming skills
Experience with process improvement & project management methodology
