As a Sr. Client Training. Associate, this role is focused on working with Client Onboarding team and the TM Value Chain partner to train clients on how to use their products and services. The trainer will stay in touch with clients until they fully understand how to successfully use their TM products and services.Senior trainers will be required to train on more complex setups and support clients in our concierge service tier.Responsibilities:● Consult with clients to find value-added solutions leveraging products and technologybenefit client businesses through efficiency, cost savings and simple● Assist Senior TMCs with customer analysis and distill analysis into impactfulpresentations focused on generating value for clients● Support complex Treasury Management product training● Attend client presentations to learn client facing behaviors from Senior TMCs● Identify working capital efficiency opportunities for a business and deepen relationsaccordingly; ensure business awareness of market and industry trends; identifydissatisfiers and escalate appropriate● Develop a deep understanding of product and client level profitability to be ablemaximize potential and find win-win situations for Capital One and client● Identify both internal and external prospects. Develop and maintain relationships withprospects to profitably expand business● Work with Treasury Management product organization to communicate customer needsand opportunities for new and existing products● Engage with internal marketing in the design of sales collateral and company-sponsoredMarketingWork from Home Technology Requirements:

A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot

A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)

Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com , type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page

Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations based in 28203, 75024 or 23238 and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of experience in financial services, management or technology consulting

At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

4+ years experience in treasury management

4+ years of experience in financial services, management or technology consulting
