DescriptionDescriptionThe Enterprise Data & Analytics and Enterprise Data Platforms team is looking for a Senior ML Operations Engineer specialized in operationalizing ML pipelines on AI/ML platforms like AWS Sagemaker, H2O.ai.As a Senior ML Operations Engineer you will be responsible for building ML Ops processes, standards using code boiler plates and model inferencing frameworks for the ML pipelines (including data/feature pipelines) to be operationalized on enterprise AI Platforms along with creating automation to reduce time to market for delivering ML use cases by identifying data pipeline, model pipeline and model consumption patterns. You will be collaborating with stake holders across the organization to operationalize ML pipelines and integration with business application.Responsibilities:

Develop platform capabilities and frameworks to standardize and automate deployment of ML models and ML pipelines.

Collaborate with stake holders such as data scientists, data engineers, application engineers to deploy and monitor ML pipelines and models.

Solution design ML model and ML pipeline delivery for use cases using platform capabilities on AWS Sagemaker and H2O.ai

Develop CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of ML models.

Identify ML Pipeline and ML model deployment patterns to automate and streamline ML workflows and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML model deployment and performance.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of python experience for scripting ML workflows

3+ years of experience in using AWS sagemaker for deployment of ML pipelines and ML Models

2+ years of development of apis using Flask, Django, FastAPI

1+ year of experience in ML frameworks & tools like scikit-learn, PyTorch, xgboost, lightgbm, mlflow.

Solid understanding of ML lifecycle: model development, training, validation, deployment and monitoring

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines specifically for ML workflows using bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus

Experience with ETL process for ML pipelines with Spark, Kafka.

Good to have experience in H2O.ai

Good to have experience in containerization using Docker and Orchestration using Kubernetes.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required, along with a high technical competency to perform the needed responsibilities.

Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $140,000 - 175,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
