Job Title: Sr. Genesys CTI Consultant

Work Location: Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville FL; Jersey City, NJ, Pennington, NJ ; Plano, TX, Richmond, VA

Contract duration 12+ Months

Qualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education• 8-10 year of experience in information technology.

Preferred:• 5+ years of designing experience in Telephony applications using Genesys CTI (Computer – Telephony integration) libraries• Should have diverse background in contact center technologies, call routing and an in-depth knowledge of how call flow is designed.• Should have experience in Genesys 8.5 and Genesys cloud transformation & implementation• Should have 5 years of experience in Genesys on-premises Interaction Routing (IRD/Composer/ORS/designer) development• Minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys product like framework conversion manager, IRD/Composer/ORS, SIP, Outbound, GVP• Should have knowledge in design and production support of Genesys CTI application, contact center voice platform and adjunct technologies such as Virtual Hold• Experience with Java/JavaScript, Eclipse IDE and XML(SCXML/VXML) added advantage• A solid foundation of computer and network fundamentals are required for this role• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written to multiple tiers of management is required• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.• Good Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Thanks and Regards;Nitish Sharma
