This role is crucial for managing and ensuring the optimal performance and security of our In build Azure/Java/Oracle based applications, Workday, lnfor Saas, and other applications.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the application environment management, coordinating maintenance and enhancements, managing vendor relations, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Saas and non-Saas applications.Key Responsibilities:Environment Management:Coordinate with functional teams and vendors to schedule all maintenance, patching, and enhancements across all environments.Manage case coordination with the vendor for all work requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.Manage application landscape including environment refreshes and management of data scrambling of non-production environmentsAccess Management of non-production tenantsRelease Management:Prepare and provide materials for the approval process of all vendor and internal configuration migrations to the Production environment.Oversee the preparation and execution of release management activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and requirements.Ensure any changes needed due to vendor releases follow standard Change Management processesOperations Management:Leads the develop and maintain an IT operations dashboard to monitor batch processing and integration orchestration.Ensure timely identification and resolution of exception-based action issues.Oversee IT middleware infrastructure and system performance to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration.Oversees processes for efficient incident and problem management.Coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams to resolve IT issues promptly and minimize business disruption.Manage security configurations and user access provisioning to ensure compliance with security policies.Oversee code migrations across all environments and manage the change and release processes. Ensure IT operations comply with relevant security standards and regulations. Implement (as needed) and monitor security measures to protect company data and systems.Required Qualifications: 3+ years' Oracle Database administration experience 3+ years Azure Environment Management experience Experience with release and change management processes. Proven experience in application administration and operations management, specifically with multiple technologies including but not limited to Java, Perl/shell scripts, Azure environment management, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes, Databases. Strong understanding of environment management, including maintenance, patching, and enhancements.Understanding of SOX controls as they relate to User Access Management and Application Change Management Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work within US hours, coordinate work with India based employees, and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Workday and lnfor Saas applications experience a plusOur Senior System Engineering, earns between $116,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
