Job Title: Cyber Security Awareness Trainer &

Analyst

Contract To Hire Opportunity: 12 months

Work Location: Remote/Hybrid(Plano, TX) - Remote initially and hybrid later

Job Description:

Run and oversee the activities, reporting and continued development of the security awareness program, system implementation, Information Security communications and trainings

Roles and Responsibilities of this role:

Help with the strategic vision and oversee efforts to continue to build a global security awareness program that is digestible by all
Act as a SME in partnership with TMNA, TFSB, and Global Partners on communications of incidences and awareness efforts across client
Cultivates a culture of client being a learning environment that's inclusive of all levels of learning
Ensure duplication of awareness efforts across all areas of client
Ensure accurate reporting is provided so it can be communicated to executive management are regarding learning opportunities or non-compliance of their downstream teams
Partner with InfoSec teams and help in development of their teams' learning objectives for on-going business needs
Design, create and institute policies and procedures that encompass the strategic direction of the awareness program
Develop, coordinate, and communicate the annual Security Awareness Training as well as Security Awareness monthly activities
Serve as SME for Litmos system configurations and SANS training setup
Provide admin training for client's global partners
Manage weekly new hire training, reporting and escalations
Manage InfoSec mailbox
Facilitate Quarterly and Ad-hoc Phishing simulations and reporting
Provide regular maintenance of the InfoSec Institute and SharePoint pages
Create and distribute past due Training reports
Design and run a Cyber Security Month comprehensive program for all of October

List the Position Requirements:

Able to understand and develop department specific trainings with the assistance of SME's
Develop and communicate an annual engaging security awareness program and cybersecurity month activities
Reporting
Strong communication skills based on audience
Work collaboratively across various teams
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to run simulated phishing exercises

Must Haves:

Experience in one or more of the following fields: IT, Cybersecurity, Corporate Communications, and/or Security Awareness
Knowledge of ISO, NIST, SOX or other security compliance frameworks considered a plus
Monitor information security industry news and blog posts for internal and external educational opportunities
Associate Two-Year College Degree
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience (similar field or industry)
Knowledge of multiple security areas such as: security architecture, identity management or governance, incident response, security risk, and audit or compliance functions

Preferred or Nice-to-haves:

Knowledge and understanding of Cofense
Knowledge and understanding of Litmos Platform
Experience developing targeted trainings
4-year college degree
CISSP Certification
Security Awareness and Culture Professional Certification
Experience with Power BI development
Experience using course building software (e.g., Articulate 360)
Social media and marketing experience considered a Communication and technical writing experience considered a plus

The candidate must have strong experience in Compliance, Cybersecurity training
The candidate will be responsible for managing training from beginning till end
The candidate must have strong experience in handling cyber events and tools
Client is looking for someone with minimum four years of experience
This is more of a training role. Please fine someone who is either a cybersecurity trainer or has good experience in training and events
They are looking for someone who is more into awareness training, helps in specialized training, familiar with Sans tool and Phishing me. Someone who knows about information security, threat experience, financial background, can speak to audience
