IT HELPDESK TECHNICIAN
Plano, TX We are hiring a IT Helpdesk Technician for our Healthcare client in Plano. The ideal candidate will carry multiple certification and have experience performing Level I - Level III Helpdesk support for internal and remote users.This position has several potential paths for growth including Desktop Support, IT Field Support or several other internal IT groups.What You'll Do:- Provide 80%-100% phone support to local and remote users
- Learn and support proprietary healthcare applications
- Provide troubleshooting and support for email accounts, mobile devices, etc
- Continually provide excellent customer service
- Exhaust all means of ticket/issue resolution before escalating
- Take initiative to address issues that may arise outside of normal scope of work
- Provide excellent customer service for all users
- HDI (Help Desk Institute), A+ and/or Network+ certifications
- 4+ years of IT Helpdesk support experience
- Office 365 support experience
- Active Directory account creation, password reset, etc
- Mac/PC support experience
- Mobile device support (Android and iOS)
- Excellent customer service and communication
