Description We are in search of a skilled Receptionist for our workplace located in Plano, Texas. The primary function of this role involves greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, and providing assistance as needed. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department Assist in other areas as needed to ensure smooth operation of the office Maintain a clean and organized reception area to provide a positive image of the company Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively Use skills related to 'Receptionist Duties' and 'Answering Inbound Calls' to perform tasks efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Receptionist Duties including managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence. Experience in Answering Inbound Calls, including managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
