- Coordinate project/program activities and work with cross-functional teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Assist in identifying dependencies, plan and communicate completion of tasks
- Provide day-to-day coordination for tasks
- Support communications and coordination through recurring meetings or other mediums as well as assisting with other administrative needs
- Creating and corresponding relevant information including but not limited to status updates to the team, project, or program (both internal and external)
- Track project/program schedules/dates/milestones, etc.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence to provide additional administrative support for backlogs or documentation
- Experience in the telecom industry to understand
