As the PM you will leverage your skills as a strong leader and communicator to maintain responsibility for all delivery, financial, and client and team needs as well as be the main point of contact to address issues. You will collaborate with the Perficient Account Director and take direction from the Perficient Delivery Direction and work with Perficient Project Managers, Perficient Team Leads, and Perficient Team Members as well as Client Stakeholders, Client Managers, and Client Team Members. Your goal is to ensure that Perficient engagements and Client relationships are strong, enduring, and consistently positive and improving. As the Program Manager, you will:

Drive the engagement with initiative by being resourceful, working independently, take action when necessary, and constantly looking for improvement.

Communicate effectively by inviting questions, encourage interaction, investing in understanding people, openly sharing ideas and knowledge, and staying focused on what is important.

Bring organization to multiple priorities, bringing structure and process where it lacks, and keeping objectives front and center.

Be reliable in taking ownership, keeping your commitments, and persisting through challenges gracefully.

Solve problems with confidence through your ability to learn, seek counsel, find solutions, and make decisions.

Work with the Sales team to identify new stakeholders.

Support Sales and Marketing during Account Planning and Proposal process.

Ensure contracts meet Perficient and Client requirements.

Setup new engagements, including resourcing, internal and external workforce tools, and manage internal/client communication.

Manage team roles and responsibilities.

Resource, Onboard, and Assign new team members.

Maintain and govern communication plans, workforce tool and processes, standard operating processes, escalation, and delivery roadmap.

Manage projects and programs on time and on budget by managing both internal consultants and clients.

Foster positive stakeholder relationships as primary point of contact for delivery.

Help stakeholders implement services.

Identify and manage client/team issues as proactively and as they occur.

Coordinating and holding team building activities.

Be accountable and hold Project Managers for finances, delivery, and team management including timelines, status reports, timesheet approvals, and tasking tools.

Ensure the engagements is carried out correctly.

Create a positive experience for Client stakeholders.

Manage and approve invoices and billing.

5+ years’ experience leading the delivery of enterprise-level digital consulting projects.

Managed marketing and/or technical projects for B2C consisting of 10 or more people totaling over $3,000,000 budget.

Managed and delivered engagements for a Fortune 500 company.

Specific knowledge and application of project management such as communication, financing, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and employee resourcing.

Knowledge of Digital Products and Technology such as User Experience Design, Frontend Development, Content Management Systems, Backend Development, and Cloud.

Knowledge of Auto Manufacturing, Financial Services, or Auto Finance is a plus.

Managed engagements using both Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.

Led teams and engagements utilizing Scrum or similar Agile framework with ability to coach teams on agile value and principles.

Effective written, verbal, and visual communicator in both formal and informal settings.

Capable of developing personal relationships with Client managers and VP’s that creates trust, ability to talk openly, and focus to use those relationships to drive business outcomes.

Experience presenting to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CTO, CISO, etc.) as well as to marketing and technical subject matter experts.

Capable of working with, influencing, and building good relationships with various personality types to capture dissenting opinions, drive consensus, and help craft plans to achieve desired results.

Detail oriented.

Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation.

High level knowledge of enterprise IT and/or Marketing organizational, business, and technical environments.
