Power Platform Lead

We are seeking a Power Platform Lead to support and optimize applications within the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus on solution design, governance, and lifecycle management of Power Platform tools while collaborating with developers, administrators, and business users. Candidates must be highly experienced in Power Platform administration and data structures, with a strong understanding of Microsoft best practices.Key Responsibilities:Data Management:Design data structures in DataverseAssign permissions and enforce data securityManage data flows and integrationsApplication Lifecycle Management:Oversee development and deployment of Power Apps and Power Automate flowsManage solution promotion, version control, and backupsEnvironment Management:Create and manage Power Platform environmentsAssign licenses and monitor environment usageEnsure compliance with organizational standardsGovernance & Documentation:Enforce policies and maintain documentationConduct performance assessments and log reviewsStay aligned with Microsoft/DTMB best practicesSupport & Troubleshooting:Provide technical support to users and developersResolve performance and security issuesCollaboration:Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirementsPromote adoption of Power Platform across departmentsRequired Skills & Experience:4+ years of Power Apps administration (Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, deployment, permissions)4+ years of Dataverse experience (security roles, data modeling, relationships)3+ years of Power Automate administration (flows, gateways, connections)3+ years of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID (user/group management, conditional access)2+ years of Power BI (workspaces, datasets, sharing, security)2+ years of Power Platform governance (DLP, audit/logs, strategy)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationCustomer-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsNice to Have:Experience using Git for source control in Power PlatformPowerShell scripting for automation and environment maintenance
