- Analyzes, prepares and process an accurate payroll data with applicable knowledge of various deductions (pre/post tax), local, state and federal tax requirement and gross-up calculation for expatriate’s payroll.
- Preparation and Administration of benefit open enrollment.
- Preparation and coordination with immigration attorney for visa support.
- Supervise staffs in Human Resources directly.
- Maximize productivity and employee morale Lead by example.
- Investigates accidents and prepares necessary reports for workers compensation insurance carrier and Federal/State regulatory agencies.
- Partner with business leaders in any human resources related subjects and offer any support in order to achieve company goals.
- Excellent oral, written communication skills with focus on effective information sharing with all stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Deadline driven & Self-motivated.
- Experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience supervising team of 2-3 people
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in a related field
- Japanese- English bilingual is a must, with strong English communication.
- SHRM-CP, PHR or the like a nice to have.
