Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for Customer Support Analyst to sit remotely. You will primary be tasked with supporting the clients software solution that is utilized to optimize and streamline restaurant operations, food preparation, and dispatch. You will provide support to customers via chat, email, phone while working tickets based on priority. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to features, configurations, and systems.
