Commercial Banking Business Support Management (BSM) consists of multiple Centers of Excellence (COE). The purpose of BSM is to improve the overall employee experience by centralizing and optimizing services through these COEs. BSM aims to reduce the administrative burden on various stakeholders, allowing them to focus more on their core tasks and responsibilities. This optimization can lead to increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and improved organizational efficiency.As a seasoned Vice President Business Support Management in the Global Expense Processing Team (EPT), you will play a driving role in managing and executing on Global Banking expense processing topics including but not limited to the optimization and delivery of a streamlined Sponsorship & Donation program, Firmwide Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy, Gifts & Business Hospitality, navigation of the various expense and invoicing tools, and fulfillment of appropriate policies, procedures, etc.Job Responsibilities:

Be the lead advocate for EPT topics to the business, providing ongoing messaging about the team's services and how to engage with our team.

Execute and guide various transformation related efforts pertaining to the evolution of the Expense Processing Team.

Be familiar with all processes/sub-processes that impact EPT, identify and implement process improvement opportunities, and elevate issues or concerns to the relevant owners to navigate to appropriate solutions.

Lead and or facilitate various EPT related focus groups such as the Commercial Bank (CB) Sponsorship & Donation Champions.

Participate in/contribute to firmwide EPT related groups such as the Firmwide Expense Policy Workgroup, the Firmwide Sponsorship & Donation Network, etc.

Be the primary point of contact for Business Support Associates/Administrative Assistant Managers, Administrative Professionals, Expense Processing Team, Client Engagement, and other stakeholders throughout the business for EPT related inquiries.

Develop strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts across various domains (e.g., Anti-Corruption Compliance, Global Supplier Services, Controls, etc.) to triage issues, concerns, escalations, and to navigate process updates and improvements.

Define business requirements and drive the build of tools designed to help facilitate EPT related work.

Ensure that the appropriate controls are defined and being applied and escalate issues to key partners as needed for further reinforcement. Understand the various tools utilized by EPT or their stakeholders, help produce relevant training materials/guides.

Produce, update, and deliver trainings or refreshers on EPT related topics as outlined above. This would include use of existing materials or through production of new materials as appropriate.

This role is not initially expected to manage any direct reports, but may in the future. It will require some oversight/interaction with the broader Manila based team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Strong natural leader and role model with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and provide clear messaging across all organizational levels.

Control orientation with a focus on enforcing a dynamic control/compliance environment and mitigating risks in business processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications (e.g., high skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as SharePoint).

Highly proficient in analytical capabilities with a keen ability to deep dive into data and convey the story in a simple, understandable, and compelling manner.

Highly adaptive to integrating and using new technologies to improve business operations.

Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.

Bachelor's Degree (or equitable experience).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Prior experience navigating Travel & Entertainment expense policies and Concur.

Prior experience navigating Ariba or other Invoice submission applications.

Proven leadership potential, with a track record of influencing and motivating teams.

Master's Degree (or equitable experience).
