Job Family: Research & DevelopmentReq ID: 425038We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our new AI development team as an Entry-Level AI Developer. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems to benefit our development organizations.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior AI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.

Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support model training and validation.

Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models under guidance.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of AI applications.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technology to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Document code, processes, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, with an AI/ML focus

Proficiency in Python is required. Other languages like Java or C is a plus.

Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).

Knowledge of developing with language models such as GPT-3 is desirable.

Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $82,900 to $149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
