Overall direction and business development, marketing, physician relations, and community outreach. Directs all departments and financial functions connected with the day-to-day management of the entity and performs additional duties at the request of the Vice President of Business Development. Consults with medical staff members; remains fully informed regarding the views of the medical staff as to the quality of medical practice and patient care within the dedicated service lines. Oversees the planning, control, and effective utilization of the physical, financial and human resources of the service lines. Maintains awareness of the current and potential competitive forces in the marketplace and ensures that the entity has an active and continuous marketing plan that meets the overall strategic objectives. Ensures that all legal and statutory requirements are met for the operation of the service lines.Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
Minimim of four years' experience in overseeing the operations of similar services
Membership and active participation in appropriate healthcare professional associations and community organizations
