We need a data architect / modeler who has worked in migrating data into the cloud. Must have exp specifically migrating from oracle to Postgres.CANDIDATE WILL BE assisting with a major migration project. Data architect/modeler experience Migration from oracle to Postgres experience You should be comfortable on customer facing calls and group working sessions and must have the ability to plan and deliver based on a customer's requests. 2yrs experience with Postgres Migration of self-hosted Postgres to RDS with Amazon DMS is a plus Multiple upgrade projects is a plus Experience implementing partitioning is a plus Managing the performance impacts of purging large volumes of data is a plus Creating maintenance plans for databases of all sizes is a plus NOT a DBA
