- The Data Analyst/Project Manager will primarily be focused on SPS client implementations and corporate actions. The candidate must be highly organized and should be able to move seamlessly between multiple implementations and ever-changing client requirements. This candidate will interact with various levels of management across the organization and will focus on the following areas:
- Responsible for overall data conversion from requirements gathering to successful load of data into production
- Build positive relationships with clients and third-party vendors
- Effectively balance various assignments.
- Communicate project status and technology issues to sponsors partners and senior management
- Collaborate with each other Workplace Investing management teams and business partners to share approaches, develop solutions, and improve capabilities to successfully deliver projects
- Experience with Mainframe and Systems Development Life Cycle is strongly preferred
- Proven project leadership, project management and process skills within data centric projects
- Advanced knowledge and experience in data analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Products
- Proven experience managing data implementation issues
- Analytical thinker with the ability to make decisions for the betterment of the process
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly
- Must have a flexible attitude and be able to comfortably accommodate change
