You're also someone who looks for opportunities to innovate and optimize, potentially seeing how emerging technologies could streamline current workflows.our ImpactPrepare and Configure Equipment:Return equipment to factory default, securely removing all previous customer dataPhysically build and configure new equipment, including installing interfaces and cards as neededStage equipment for customer requests with the correct software, licenses, and configuration filesLogistics and Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems with the status of customer evaluation requestsConduct semi-annual physical inventory auditsAbility to lift and carry up to 60 lbs is requiredCompliance and Support:Perform trade compliance screenings for non-US customers and partners against denied party lists and sanctionsTroubleshoot activation or licensing failuresCommunication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with sales teams regarding evaluation request status via email and our EVAL Tracking Tool (Salesforce)Escalate issues to management as appropriate
